The information you provide in this application will be held strictly confidential. This application will expire 60 days after submission. Please fill out the application completely; incomplete applications will not be considered.

Ineligible Businesses:

  • Is Real Estate Investment

  • Non- Profit Organizations (Including Religious Organizations)

  • Sellers, Manufactures, or Distributors of Tobacco

  • Bars, Clubs, and Lounges

  • Gambling and Casinos

  • Weapon Manufacturing or Selling

  • Psychic Services (Palm Reading, Future predictions, etc)

  • Sellers, Manufactures, or Distributors of Adult Content

  • Political Organizations

  • Payday Loan Store and Services


Eligibility Requirements:

In order to qualify for a loan, any principles with more than 20% ownership of business must not be:

  • In an active bankruptcy

  • Past due on student loan debt (90 days or more without payment plan)

  • Late on child support payments

  • Past due for any taxes (90 days or more without payment plan)
