Volunteer With PERC
Join us for a coaching day in prison, become a post-release mentor, or share your expertise as a workshop leader or guest instructor. PERC, along with Sunshine Enterprises, seeks successful business executives, entrepreneurs, investors, and other skilled professionals to coach and mentor PERC Participants. You will use your core competencies to “pay it forward.” If you believe in underdogs, you’ll love volunteering with PERC, along with Sunshine Enterprises in workshops, coaching, mentoring, and more.

09/30/2021 PERC believes in the power of entrepreneurship to reduce recidivism. We provide free entrepreneurial training and business support to currently and previously incarcerated individuals; connecting our participants to special loans, training, business coaches, and now MENTORS!

Sign up to be a short-term or long-term mentor
Attend a Speed-Mentor-Matching event via Zoom (dates shared via email)
Develop a Mentorship Plan with your mentee and share with Greenwood Archer Capital
